September 29, 2012 marks the second annual global event for 100Thousand Poets for Change, a grassroots organization that brings communities together to call for environmental, social, and political change within the framework of peace and sustainability.
Everyone is invited to celebrate the transformative power of poetry.
The Victoria event will include performances by Duncan Regehr, Charles Tidler,Richard Olafson, Jeremy Loveday, Matthew Christopher Davidson, Eric Miller, Jacob Arts, Yvonne Blomer, Doug Beardsley,Dennis Reid, Stephen Scobie, Iain Higgins, Erin Cotton, Steven J. Thompson, Linda Rogers, Barbara Pelman, Justin McGrail, Gautham Krishnaraj, Morgan Purvis-Bellamano, Comrade Black and more to be announced in the coming days.
